Minnimane Cultural Event: Edition 19

Nineteenth  Edition of MinniMane Cultural Event was organized at MinniMane on 01, Mar 2026 evening.

There was overwhelming response.  

Around 100 people participated in the event which was held on the terrace under the shade of  flowering tree under moonlight.

The event began with an introductory speech by Dr. GK Jayaram explaining the context.

There was felicitation to an artist - Anand Ambarkhane who has received an award from President of India. 

There were quite a few performers who performed dance, classical & light music & played instruments too.

Around 25 people participated in the event.

Seventh  Edition of StoryTelling Event was organized at MinniMane on 03rd Dec2019 evening.

Around 35 people participated in the event.


The event began with an introductory speech by Dr. GK Jayaram explaining the context.

Sixth Edition of StoryTelling Event was organized at MinniMane on 14th April 2019 evening.

Due to the beginning of the school holidays and some festivities, many couldn't attend, around 15 people participated in the event.

The event began with an introductory speech by Dr. GK Jayaram explaining the context.

Kathaavali at Minnimane: Edition 5

Fifth Edition of StoryTelling Event was organised at MinniMane on 09th March 2019 evening.

Though there was threat of rain, around 35 people participated in the event.


The event was kicked off by a beautiful song played along with a guitar by  twin sisters Vinodita & Vasunita (Originally sung by Raghu Dixit for the film April'na Himabindu written by Yogaraj Bhat)

Two young audiances too shared their stories (Arjun & Vipin)

Fourth Edition of StoryTelling Event was organised at MinniMane on 9th February 2019 evening. It had rained well in Bangalore that evening which inconvenienced many to attend the event.


Around  fifteen people could still participate in the event. 


A session on 'Geetha'  titled  "Krishna, The Psychologist: The way to live according to Bhagavad Gita"  was conducted by Dr. GK Jayaram which elicited good discussion in the end.
Two young brothers entertained with a poem and an essay.

Third Edition of StoryTelling Event was organised at MinniMane on 12th January 2019 evening.


Around 40 people participated in the event.


The event was kicked off by an introductory talk by Dr. GK Jayaram explaining the story of Story Telling and also a Poem about 'Minnimane Kathaavali by Manjula Mahesh.
